Tumor-normal + MRD (ppmSeq®) dataset

This dataset contains whole genome sequencing data using ppmSeq technology on the UG 100 Sequencing Platform. In this study, matched tumor, normal, and plasma samples from 8 patients, as well as 2 additional negative control plasma samples, were analyzed.
