Integration of mostly-natural sequencing by synthesis with multiple single cell and spatial assays: 10X Flex, Visium and immune profiling
The recent development of single-cell and spatial sequencing has greatly impacted our understanding of cellular heterogeneity and function. However, the significant costs have been prohibitive for large-scale studies. Previously, we demonstrated the successful use of mostly-natural sequencing by synthesis (mnSBS), a new cost-effective platform, for gene expression libraries. Here, we demonstrate the integration and performance of the Ultima Genomics sequencing technology for additional 10X single-cell platforms, including Visium (spatial gene expression), Flex (fixed RNA profiling), and Single Cell Immune Profiling (V(D)J libraries).
