Early postnatal DNA methylation dynamics define neuronal subtypes and are disrupted by MECP2 loss
This BioRxiv publication from Rylaarsdam, L.E. et al (Oregon Health and Science University) presents a large-scale single cell methylation atlas of the early postnatal mouse brain on >163,000 cells. The majority of the sequencing was performed across 10 wafers on Ultima's UG 100 platform.
