Compatibility of BD Rhapsody System Single-cell Libraries with the Ultima Genomics UG 100 Sequencing Platform

This technical note evaluates the compatibility of BD Rhapsody™ System single-cell libraries with the Ultima Genomics UG 100® sequencing platform. The study demonstrates that researchers can successfully scale multiomic experiments—integrating RNA, surface proteins (BD® AbSeq), and sample multiplexing—while maintaining high data quality and cross-platform consistency.
