Compatibility of BD Rhapsody™ System Single-Cell Libraries with the Ultima Genomics UG 100® Sequencing Platform

This technical note evaluates the compatibility of the BD Rhapsody System single-cell libraries with the Ultima Genomics UG 100 sequencing platform. This study demonstrates that researchers can successfully scale multiomic experiments—integrating RNA, surface proteins (BD® AbSeq), and sample multiplexing—while maintaining high data quality and cross-platform consistency.
