A reference model of circulating hematopoietic stem cells across the lifespan with applications to diagnostics

In this Nature Medicine publication from N. Furer et al (Weizmann Institute), a hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) reference model was developed using single-cell RNA profiling, and both Illumina and Ultima sequencing methodologies were compared for data accuracy. The paper demonstrates that the UG 100 is a scalable and reliable alternative to Illumina for single-cell RNAseq.
